These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to meldhair.com (the "Site") and your purchase of MELD products. The Site and products are provided by MELD Hair LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("MELD", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Our product and proper use
MELD is a topical cosmetic hair density filler: a fine micro-powder that clings to your existing hair to give the temporary appearance of fuller, denser hair. MELD is a cosmetic, not a drug. It does not grow hair, treat hair loss, or diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and nothing on the Site is medical advice.
For external use only. Keep away from eyes. As with any cosmetic, we recommend a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional. Cosmetic results vary from person to person depending on hair type, coverage area, and application.
Orders, pricing, and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and promotions are shown on the Site and may change at any time before you order. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we may correct it, cancel the order, or contact you for instructions, and we will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes.
Shipping, returns, and guarantee
Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 60-day money-back guarantee, along with the Free Shade Swap, are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual property
The MELD name, logo, Site content, text, images, and design are owned by or licensed to MELD Hair LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. Our promise to you is the satisfaction guarantee described in the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MELD Hair LLC and its members and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MELD Hair LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
