Refund Policy

60-day money-back guarantee

We back every order with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email hello@meldhair.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will issue a full refund of the product price.

You do not need to ship the jar back to qualify. We would rather you spend the time telling us what did not work so we can make the product better.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@meldhair.com with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what went wrong (optional, but it helps).
3. We confirm your refund, usually within 1 business day.

When you get your money back

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge any restocking or handling fee.

Free Shade Swap

If the shade you chose is not the right match, email us. We send the correct shade at no cost. Free Shade Swap is a standing policy, not a one-time exception. Getting the shade right is on us.

You do not need to return the original jar. If the new shade still does not work for you, you are inside your 60-day money-back window and we will refund you in full.

Not sure which of our four shades to pick before you buy? Email hello@meldhair.com with a photo of your coverage area and we will tell you straight which shade fits, before you spend a dollar.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@meldhair.com. We will resend it or refund it, your choice. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details.
