Shipping Policy

Every MELD order ships free within the United States, leaves our facility fast, and arrives in plain packaging. The details are below.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched promptly on business days. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, US orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary with location and carrier conditions.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Discreet, plain packaging

Your order ships in a plain brown or white box with no brand name and no indication of the contents on the outside. What you ordered is between you and your mailbox.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. If you have not received tracking within two business days of ordering, email hello@meldhair.com with your order number.

Where we ship

We currently fulfill and ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want to order, email us first so we can confirm whether we can deliver to you.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at hello@meldhair.com. We will work with you to track it down, resend it, or refund it. Our 60-day money-back guarantee has you covered either way. See the Refund Policy.

Wrong shade?

If you ordered the wrong shade, you do not need to ship anything back. We send the correct shade free under our Free Shade Swap policy.
